This Gastronorm compatible steaming oven by Falcon is ideal for low cost, bulk food production. The interior of the oven is made from stainless steel and it features simple to use manual controls and is supplied with 6 perforated shelves. Including removable shelf hangers for easy cleaning, it is also WRAS approved.
