Accommodating up to 20 knives, the 24W steriliser efficiently sanitises your items using UV light, eliminating the need for any chemical substances. Inside the sanitiser chamber there is a removable plastic knives holder with built-in drops collecting tray. Simply load, set the timer (at least one hour) and shut the door – there’s no need for turning or rotating the contents – every part is hygienically cleaned. Its mercury vapour lamp features wire screen protection for added safety.

The Sirman UV steriliser is made from AISI430 stainless steel with a smoked plexiglass door. A safety microswitch switches the UV lamps on when the door is opened and switches them off when it is closed. For convenience, this UV steriliser unit can be positioned wherever it’s needed – whether that’s on a wall or countertop.
