Featuring natural flavourings, the bitter is a rich non-alcoholic mix of plants and spices, including gentian, cardamom, ginger and cherry. It brings a spicy, balanced taste that works particularly well in cocktails such as Americanos or Negronis.

Monin’s bitter is nut-free, alcohol-free, halal, kosher and suitable for vegetarians, so it can be enjoyed by a wide range of customers. It is sold in a 700ml glass bottle that can be widely recycled after use.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, natural flavouring, natural gentian flavouring, concentrated lemon juice, colours (E150b, E124), preservative (E202), natural hot pepper flavouring, natural ginger flavouring with other natural flavourings. Please note E124 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended quantities: 10-25ml per serve for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappés and milkshakes (depending on recipe)
