A shrub is a traditional vinegar-based syrup dating back to the 15th century. This Bristol Syrup Co. No.13 Raspberry Shrub Syrup is a twist on a classic raspberry syrup, featuring bright fresh raspberry notes and a touch of vinegar. This syrup makes many great pick-me-ups and its sharpness pairs particularly well with bourbon. It contains British Beet sugar and is free from artificial colours and GMO’s.
