Monin Blueberry Syrup brings to the table the tangy, slightly acidic flavour notes associated with fresh blueberries, followed by a luxurious sweet finish. Blueberries are native to North America and have earned a reputation as a super-food for their high antioxidant content. Use this syrup to add a tangy twist to lemonades, iced teas, frappés, cocktails and mocktails.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, natural blueberry flavouring with other natural flavourings, concentrated lemon juice, natural flavouring. Total fruit juice: 31%, including 14% blueberry juice.
