Give your drinks the distinctive taste of white tea with Monin’s 700ml white tea concentrate. Bringing together sweetness and astringency, the concentrate makes an excellent addition to beverages such as iced teas, cocktails, mocktails and bubble teas.
Monin’s white tea concentrate is alcohol-free, nut-free, halal, kosher and suitable for vegans and vegetarians, so can be offered to a wide range of customers. It is sold in a 700ml glass bottle that can be widely recycled after use.
Ingredients: Water, sugar, white tea extract (1g/l diluted in 1+8), natural flavouring, citric acid, phosphoric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Recommended quantities: 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappés and milkshakes (depending on recipe)
