With this syrup, Sweetbird have captured the true essence of pistachios, creating a syrup that’s rich, nutty, and utterly irresistible. The syrup contains real salt to complement the richness, bringing the full spectrum of salted pistachio goodness to your drinks.

Perfectly pairing with lattes, hot chocolates, frappés and even matcha lattes. Combine with other syrups to create a number of delicious drinks such as a rose and pistachio latte, on-trend for Middle Eastern flavours to add to your drink menus. Or perhaps a pistachio & raspberry frappé reminiscent of the traditional Italian dessert, Pistachio Panna Cotta with Raspberry Jelly.

Sweetbird’s pistachio syrup recipe is specifically formulated to have an authentic pistachio flavouring without containing any nuts or nut-allergen components. The recipe uses natural flavourings that are commonly found in nature that possess the same chemical components of a pistachio to mimic the same aroma and flavour, but are in no way derived from nut.
