Description
The Louis Tellier Raclette Brézière is the perfect product for melting cheeses in the traditional way. It allows a portion of a cheese wheel to be suspended and heated continuously by adjustable heating ramps. When you’re ready, the ramp can be lifted for easy access.
The adjustable design of the Louis Tellier raclette brézière allows you to increase the height for bigger cheeses, as well as move ramps closer as more of the cheese is used. It features an on/off switch for greater safety and the ramps can be folded town for easy storage and transportation when required. Perfect for mobile catering or events.
