Description

Macphie’s panna cotta is smooth, creamy and melts in the mouth. It is free from artificial colours and flavours making it ideal for adding your own flair and flavour inspiration. It works wonderfully with additions such as alcohol, chocolate and fruit – just heat it and chill it and it’s ready to go.

Ingredients – Reconstituted skimmed MILK, water, butter (MILK), sugar, reconstituted cream (5%) (MILK), modified starch, stabilisers: xanthan gum, gellan gum; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. Nutritional Info (per 100ml): Energy: 800KJ/191Kcal, Fat: 15g, of which saturates: 9.4g, Carbohydrates: 13g, of which sugars: 13g, Fibre: 0g, Protein: 2.6g, Salt: 0.09g.
