Major’s veal jus paste boasts a rich flavour, smooth texture, deep colour and mirror like sheen. Easy to use and mix, it acts as the perfect base for reductions and sauces or for use on its own. The jus contains no artificial additives or preservatives and is gluten free.

Ingredients – Veal stock (meat from bones, extract, water, meat, fat), Modified tapioca starch, E1412, Yeast extract, Glucose, Salt (NaCl), Tomato paste, Potato maltodextrin, Carrot juice concentrate, Mushroom juice concentrate, Lovage root powder, Spice.
