Give your dishes natural authentic flavours with Major’s vegetable stock base paste. Made using a mixture of leeks, carrots, onions, parsnips and mushrooms, it can be used in soups and risottos for a smooth golden flavour. The stock base contains no artificial additives, colours or preservatives, meets 2024 FSA salt guidelines and is vegan, vegetarian and halal certified. It mixes instantly at any stage of the cooking process and includes a measuring scoop for portion control.
Ingredients – Concentrated vegetables (32%) (partially rehydrated leek, carrot, onion, parsnip, pumpkin, mushroom), yeast extract, maltodextrin, dried glucose syrup, salt, sugar, sunflower oil.
