The powerful 500x100mm manual freestanding Mono pastry sheeter/pastry brake is designed to form and sheet a wide range of dough including puff pastry, short crust, croissant and biscuit. Designed for performance, the Mono effortlessly sheets the dough or pastry to the exact thickness required, taking all the time and effort out of the process.

Constructed from hygienic stainless steel, the Mono sheeter is highly durable, and thanks to simple controls, the dough thickness can be quickly and easily changed with the adjustable ergonomic handle. It’s safe to operate too, as the sheeter is fitted with safety guards to conform to the strictest safety requirements. Perfect for hotels, restaurants and bakeries as well as patisserie, cake and confectionery shops.
