Excellent as a bar snack, the cashews are oven-roasted to perfection before being tumbled in sea salt and sharp black pepper to give them their rich flavour. Being oven-roasted also makes them healthier than oil-frying, as they contain less fat without compromising their taste.
Mr Filbert’s salt-crusted peanuts are vegan-friendly, gluten-free and do not contain artificial additives or preservatives.
Ingredients: CASHEWS (94%), sea salt (2.4%), thickener (acacia gum, glucose, maltodextrin), pepper (0.9%).
