Every 130g tube of Mutti tomato puree contains the equivalent of 700g of fresh tomatoes that have been concentrated down to make a soft paste with a dense texture. Being double concentrated means there’s an unmatched bold flavour and intense red colour. The puree is ideal for long cooking times but also suitable for short cooking times and can even be used without cooking at all.
