Description

Transform your chilled desserts and sweet treats with Pavoni Dolce Velluto Spray. When sprayed on cold surfaces, this cocoa butter crystallizes and creates a velvet effect. The product can be sprayed on any frozen surface, such as ice cream or mousses. For an optimal result, before use, it is advised to keep the spray at room temperature (20/25°C) and to shake the can.

Ingredients – Cocoa butter – Colouring: E170 – Propellant E943a, E943b, E944 – Allergens: possible contamination with Milk & derivates (including lactose), Soy and derivates, Sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
