Pavoni cocoa butter-based colours, made in collaboration with Emmanuele Forcone, are ready to use with the perfect dosage for achieving rich and intense hues. Ideal for colouring chocolate in mass, on the surface or in moulds, these colours help create vibrant chocolates for cakes and other desserts.
