PME’s Cool ‘n’ Set offers you the perfect solution for setting and securing your delicious, gravity-defying chocolate decorations. Ideal for use with melted chocolate, this quick and efficient cooling spray comes with a small nozzle, which gives you the precision you need when creating delicate chocolate sculptures. Simply shake well before application and spray a thin, even layer from approximately 25-30cm away from the surface.
Ingredients – Propellant Gases (E943a, E943b, E944).
Storage Instructions – Store in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F
