PME’s edible lustre spray in black is great for adding a touch of sparkle to your cakes, cookies, and confectionery, elevating them with a shimmering effect. It can be used in all aspects of cake decorating and sugarcraft work, adding a wonderful new dimension to your sweet treats and baked creations. It can also be used with the PME spray gun (sold separately) allowing for even easier application.

Ingredients – Propellant Gases (E943a, E943b, E944), Ethanol, Colouring (E171, E172), Flavouring.

Storage Instructions – Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature of approximately 20 degrees Celsius.
