Cook and serve in the same container with the Vogue 800ml glass dish. With a high thermal shock resistance, the glass dish can withstand temperatures up to 250°C, making it an excellent choice for cooking a wide range of dishes.
Made from special borosilicate glass, the Vogue dish is immensely tough and is specifically designed for everyday commercial use. The glass construction is non-porous and doesn’t retain odours, colours or flavours. As such, it’s easy to clean and is perfect for both front and back of house use.
