Description
The RPC2T is a double-door upright Retarder Prover capable of taking twenty 18’X30′ bakery trays. Designed to operate effectively in environments of up to 43°C, the user-friendly touchscreen controls mean you can rely on it to produce consistent results time after time.
- Foodsafe, easy-clean stainless steel exterior and interior
- Simple to navigate manu driven touch panel that allows the operator to select the desired operation from the existing menu or, if required, a number of user specific programmes can be stored
- Designed and engineered to operate efficiently up to a 43°C ambient
- Self closing doors minimises temperature gain, reducing energy consumption
- Precision injected, high density 75mm polyurethane insulation, provides excellent thermal efficiency with low GWP (Global Warming Potential) and zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential)
- Top mounted refrigeration system for easy servicing
- Heavy duty, non-marking swivel castors with brakes
- Barrel locked doors for added security
