Description
Packing all of William’s refrigeration knowhow into a single-door upright unit, the RPC1T is a Retarder Prover capable of holding seventeen 18’X30′ bakery trays. Incorporating user-friendly DoughMaster control technology, it uses intelligent steam generation to reduce energy wastage while automatic temperature control ensures the product remains in perfect condition.

- Simple to navigate manu driven touch panel that allows the operator to select the desired operation from the existing menu or, if required, a number of user specific programmes can be stored
- Designed and engineered to operate efficiently up to a 43°C ambient
- Self closing doors minimises temperature gain, reducing energy consumption
- Precision injected, high density 75mm polyurethane insulation, provides excellent thermal efficiency with low GWP (Global Warming Potential) and zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential)
- Top mounted refrigeration system for easy servicing
