This is the Karcher Puzzi 10/1 commercial spray extraction cleaner, Smart UK SKU FU075, supplier reference 11001320 and barcode 4039784917101. It is a vacuum cleaner in the Cleaning Equipment category and Wet and Dry Vacuums section, with grey or anthracite bodywork and contrasting black components.

The Puzzi 10/1 is designed for productive commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning, including work in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices and rental operations. Its combination of spray application and suction suits organisations that need quicker cleaning and a prompt return of cleaned areas to normal use.

The machine sprays cleaning solution into the carpet and extracts the loosened dirt and moisture through the same cleaning process. This deep-cleaning method leaves only minimal residual moisture, helping carpets and upholstery become usable again quickly while reducing the opportunity for rapid resoiling after cleaning.

The flexible suction tool uses a rotating plastic lip to maintain effective contact as the floor-tool angle changes. Better contact supports more consistent extraction and cleaning results while making the tool easier to handle across carpeted areas, particularly when the operator changes direction or working angle.

Yes. Its slimline form, stable chassis and 4 castors support easy manoeuvring and convenient transport around a site. A carrying handle incorporates a suction-pipe holder, while the cable hook and accessory storage help keep frequently used components organised when moving or storing the cleaner.

The cleaner has a 10Ltr fresh-water capacity and a 9Ltr wastewater capacity. Its removable dirty-water container is easy to lift out for emptying and can also be used to fill the fresh-water tank, simplifying water handling between cleaning sessions.

Maximum area performance is 20–25 m² per hour. This makes the Puzzi 10/1 particularly practical for smaller commercial carpeted areas where controlled spray extraction, straightforward manoeuvring and a relatively quick return to use are more important than very high-volume floor coverage.

The Puzzi 10/1 has an air flow of 74Ltr per second, a spray rate of 1Ltr per minute and an operating spray pressure of 1 bar. Together, these figures describe how quickly cleaning solution is applied and how strongly air is moved during extraction.

Yes. Its accessory range supports varied spray-extraction work on carpets, upholstery and confined areas. Compatible choices include an upholstery nozzle and an optional crevice nozzle for focused work such as car seats and upholstered surfaces. Accessory storage also helps keep suitable tools close to the machine during use.

An all-round bumper helps protect both the cleaner and nearby equipment from incidental contact while the machine is being manoeuvred. This is useful in furnished rooms, corridors and other busy commercial areas where the cleaner may pass close to walls, furniture or stored equipment.

The Karcher cleaner operates from a 220–240V, 50–60Hz single-phase supply and has a plug fitted. Its power cable is 7.5 metres long, giving the operator useful working reach while retaining a straightforward plug-in connection for commercial indoor cleaning.

The cleaner includes a 1-year parts-and-labour manufacturer’s warranty, with the same 1-year parts-and-labour term shown for EIRE. Retaining the purchase receipt and following the applicable dealer or authorised service process will help support a warranty request if a covered fault develops.

After checking colour fastness and water resistance in an inconspicuous area, pull the floor nozzle backwards in overlapping passes rather than pushing it. For normal soiling, spray and extract in one pass; repeated extraction without spraying can shorten drying time. Cleaning solution can dwell for 10–15 minutes on heavy soiling.

Yes. Warm water up to 50°C can improve cleaning, provided the surface can tolerate that temperature. Mix detergent at the concentration appropriate to the chosen product and keep the tank below its maximum mark. Sensitive fabrics should use less detergent and be tested before wider cleaning.

After use, flush the machine with approximately 2Ltr of clean tap water without detergent, then empty and rinse the wastewater container and drain the fresh-water tank. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth, clean the filters and nozzle as required, and let the machine dry thoroughly before storage.
