Winterhalter B2S is an all-purpose acidic base rinse aid specially developed for hard water and usage on plastic and stainless steel materials. It is to be used in professional warewashing machines to provide excellent drying effects to dishes and glasses.
For best results, it’s recommended to use BS2 rinse aid with the specially developed Winterhalter system, which includes the corresponding warewasher, chemistry and water treatment.
