Winterhalter all-purpose detergents are designed to handle common types of dirt found on dishes. Their F8500 hygiene all-purpose liquid detergent is suitable for cleaning glass, plastic, porcelain, stainless steel, as well as cutlery and utensils. Its highly concentrated formula effectively removes dried-on coffee and tea stains, other discolourations, and food remnants. It also excels in removing proteins and dissolving starch and grease.

For best results, it’s recommended to use F8500 detergent with the specially developed Winterhalter system, which includes the corresponding warewasher, chemistry and water treatment.
