It is suitable for cleaning dishes made of glass, plastic, porcelain and stainless steel, as well as cutlery and utensils. This odour-neutral, highly concentrated formula excels at tackling particularly dirty tools and equipment, making it especially useful in bakeries and butcher shops. It effectively removes dried-on food remnants, offering both efficiency and gentleness. Additionally, special ingredients ensure active defoaming during the washing process.

For best results, it’s recommended to use F865 Plus detergent with the specially developed Winterhalter system, which includes the corresponding warewasher, chemistry and water treatment.
