The Diamond WGX1-4/T gas wok burner is a powerful and effective solution for wok cooking in commercial kitchens. Supplied with a removable stainless steel wok crown, the Diamond wok burner provides plenty of capacity and performance for achieving the perfect temperature for wok cooking.
The front-mounted dial provides simple temperature regulation, while the 180mm iron slit-burner with chromium-nickel-steel burner head, is easily detached for cleaning. The WGX1-4/T also includes a plate for the collection of residues for cleaning too. Includes adjustable feet for effortless installation.
