The Diamond WGL3-20 triple gas wok burner is a powerful and effective solution for wok cooking in commercial kitchens. Fitted with adjustable chromium-nickel-steel wok rings, the top is incredibly durable and designed for intense, everyday use. The Diamond wok burner provides plenty of capacity and performance for achieving the perfect temperature for wok cooking.
The front-mounted valve provides simple temperature regulation, while the specially-fixed iron slit-burners ensure effective temperature delivery. The addition of the water curtain delivers the perfect cooling and cleaning system. The WGL3-20 also includes adjustable feet for effortless installation.
