Display, illuminate, heat and protect pre-cooked food with CED’s elliptically shaped Designline self help dry heat bain marie drop in display. This 5/1 Gn size hot display features a 5/1Gn heated tank area and individual 1/1Gn gastronorm container support collars, which accept various sized Gn containers up to 150mm deep . The display fits into a pre-formed cut out made in a countertop . The self help superstructure is made from bright polished steel and alluminum curved profiles, with curved, toughened glass sneeze screen protection to the customer side of the display. Product illumination/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the elliptical profile gantry. Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted & ‘locked’ from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display ( control panel ) and adjustable dimmer switch, mounted at eye level. The display has 24 hour operation & is factory set to hold food core at 85 deg. C. Modular removable heater element covers in the heated well give even heat spread & make for easier cleaning. The display comes complete with lifting kit for installation and is supplied with a concealed control box & 2M flexible electrical conduit for hard wiring to a 20 Amp, 230v 4.0KW supply.
