Complete with two full sized gastronorm pans, this Lincat Silverlink 600 Bain Marie is ideal for gentle and reliable heating of your cooked foods in areas such as buffets and staff canteens. Preserving food at temperature for up to two hours, the hassle of manual draining the heating water is removed thanks to the addition of a drainage tap. The heat of the unit can be adjusted accordingly through a heat control knob on the front the unit.
