General heat and temperature settings are controlled through a control knob on the device, whilst a front mounted drainage tap eliminates the hassle of manually empting each water bath after use. Thanks to this machine’s capacity as a wet heat model, you can be assured no liquid based foods or dressings will dry out during heating.
