Made from heavy gauge 304 stainless steel, this 120 litre bratt pan offers exceptional versatility and superb performance. Able to braise, boil, steam, poach, stew, roast and fry, this bratt pan allows huge amounts of food to be cooked and is perfect for mass catering establishments such as schools, hotels, hospitals and canteens. This model features a manual assisted tilt mechanism to assist portion control.
