Designed for buffets, carveries, pass-through stations and plating areas, the lamp channels heat precisely downwards onto dishes, helping to maintain serving temperatures whilst enhancing presentation. Dishes stay warmer for longer, which can help reduce food waste and cut down on reheating or replacing items during busy periods.

The adjustable retractable cord, which extends from 450mm to 1600mm, lets you set the distance between the lamp and the food. This gives you greater control over heat distribution and presentation, whether you’re serving delicate plated dishes or larger hot counter items. The attractive matte black finish also adds a sleek touch to any front-of-house setting. Simple to operate, the Buffalo heat lamp features an on/off switch for easy use and reduced running costs when not in service.

Please note: the heat shade is designed for food warming only and is not suitable as household or commercial lighting. Professional installation is required. Bulbs sold separately (250W maximum). Compatible with the Buffalo DE164 heat bulb.
