The removable heavy-duty cast iron grids create distinctive branding marks on food, whilst the three-piece stainless steel splashback and enamelled base plate underneath further simplify cleaning between services.

The Lincat Opus chargrill includes legs with locating cups for secure placement on a Chef Base and comes with essential accessories including a grid lifting tool and cleaning rake. Designed to complement the Lincat Opus 800 series, the chargrill offers a compact footprint whilst maximising the available cooking zone for busy commercial kitchens.
