A versatile shelving unit for chilled meals, drinks and desserts, the Kubus Drop In Cold Patisserie provides a smooth static location to sort and shelve your favourite produce. Featuring three chilled glass shelves that can be modified to personal preference, a singular rear door grants instant access for restocking during peak times of operation. The cooled lower display area maintains items consistently from 2°C to 5°C and features removable deck plates for easier cleaning, as well as an integral condensate water evaporator that eliminates the need for site drainage. • Rectangular gantry in bright polished steel, & aluminium, housed in a toughened glass roof and side panels. Black powder coated steel base unit. (Fascia panel optional)
• Each chilled shelf features diffused lighting, product stop and 40mm tall ‘point of sale’ display/ticket strip
• Gantry is fitted with full height toughened glass front screen, serve over glass canopy and side glass protection to the customer side of the display
• Additional product illumination from diffused lighting within the rectangular profile gantry
• Flat glass profile is designed to complement other units within the Kubus range
• Features eye level gantry mounted digital temperature display and control panel (to customer side of display)
