With a core that consists of a very thin layer of high alloy double X VG-12 grade carbon steel and an extreme hardness of 61°, every cut made with the knife is a pleasure – providing a delicate, even cut every time. Due to the very special construction using elements such as cobalt and manganese, the blade combines immense durability and resistance, ensuring a long working life for many years.
