Form the perfect pancake on this compact Roller Grill Gas Crepe Griddle, a cast iron cooking utensil ideal for offering clean heat to mixes and flatbreads. The circular top plates is heated through eight point star shaped elements that provide even and direct heat across the entire surface, resulting in consistently cooked crepes every time. This surface also makes the griddle useful for cooking other similar items including flatbreads like chapattis or other pancakes such as French socca.
