The Vista is a countertop heated display for hospitality operations that need to hold and merchandise pre-cooked food before service. It can present croissants, baguettes, pastries, pies, pizza and potatoes while keeping products visible to customers.

Stainless steel, polished chrome and toughened glass provide 360° visibility, helping showcase cooked food and encourage impulse purchases. The unit can operate with through loading and optional customer self-service, making it adaptable to different front-of-house layouts.

The Vista has 3 tiers and a capacity of up to 80 potatoes. Its removable trays can also be used to present other suitable pre-cooked products such as pies, pastries and bread items.

A humidifier unit is supplied as standard to reduce drying while suitable foods such as pastries are held on display. If the operator chooses to use it, the humidifier sits beneath the perforated lower cover and must be filled with cold water before the display is switched on.

It has a food-grade stainless steel interior and 3 fully removable, non-tilt food trays. The removable trays improve access for cleaning and provide the 3 display levels used for merchandising cooked products.

The toughened-glass exterior panels are designed for durability and easier cleaning, while the clear doors provide access to the display. Once unplugged and fully cooled, the trays, perforated bottom tray and humidifier can be removed and washed with warm soapy water; abrasive products, immersion and water jets should be avoided.

The Vista is 640 mm high and 490 mm wide. Allow extra headroom for the display doors to open fully and assess the available counter or back-bar space carefully before installation.
