Description
Focus tabletop servery units offer exceptional value for money, quality, performance and versatility. The range, which is manufactured in bright-polished stainless steel, is ideal for a variety of applications. The compact design can be stored conveniently then placed on a countertop and plugged in to a standard 13amp socket when required. Toughened glass Thermopanel elements guarantee evenly-distributed heat over the whole area while the pre-set automatically-controlled surface temperature keeps food at 70-90ºC and prevents unauthorised adjustments. Each of the two heated panels is 1/1 GN size. The heated quartz gantry provides additional heating and illumination and a Perspex sneeze screen provides a level of protection without compromising food display.
