Description

Have complete control over your meat selection and how it’s cooked with use of this impressive Opus 800 Chargrill, with cast iron grids for quicker, more energy efficient performance. The majority of control available is due to the seven independent heat zones on the hob, which can be switched off accordingly to match dips and peaks in demand as well as to generate heat gradients that perfect the rareness of your meat. All the while the unit adds a smoky chargrill flavour through cleverly designed heat radiants whilst the grids brand the meat for a more attractive finish.

Please note: if used for mobile catering, the warranty is Parts Only.
