The Adande VCS2/CW/S2 provides bulk storage right at the point of use. – perfect for final presentation of plates on the pass. Ideal for sushi storage and preparation, as well as for salad and garnish storage.
- Top drawer operates as fridge and bottom drawer is fully variable from -22°C to +15°C
- Fan that draws out any warm air and lets cold air naturally gravity feed into container. For less dehydration when used as a fridge and no ice crystals when used as a freezer
- Ideal for pass and where additional chilled storage is required
- Standard castors for optimum manoeuvrability and height
- Energy Label B. Runs as A energy when in fridge mode
- Can be set to suit soft scoop ice cream at exactly-14°C and will not crystalise
- Capacity 86 litres. Holds 4 1/1 GN Pans 100mm deep. Saladette capacity 6 x 1/3rd GN Pans 100 mm deep or equivalent.
