Description
The Adande VCS2/LT provides bulk storage at point of use ideal for meat, deli and larder prep. Suitable for pastry and dessert prep. Perfect for storage for garnish and ‘mise en place’ generally. Frozen storage next to deep fry station.
- Each drawer can be separately operated at temperatures fully variable from -22°C to + 15°C
- Fan that draws out any warm air and lets cold air naturally gravity feed into container. For less dehydration when used as a fridge and no ice crystals when used as a freezer
- Can be placed adjacent to hot cooking equipment, requires no further external space
- Locking rollers for easy sliding in/out for cleaning and best height for under counter

- Can be set to suit soft scoop ice cream at exactly-14°C and will not crystalise
- Each drawer has capacity of 86 litres and hold 4 1/1 GN Pans 100 mm deep.
