Tool-free removal of the cutting sets speeds cleaning and change-over, whilst direct cutting into gastronorm trays or containers streamlines preparation and reduces handling steps.

This model is supplied with a 4-12mm cutting set (please select from the drop-down menu), providing precise strip-cutting and tenderising, whilst delivering consistent results for salads, pan-fried dishes or ready-to-cook products.
