Built to keep food hot, presented well and within easy reach, the Buffalo mobile hot cupboard with wet and dry heat bain marie is a versatile servery for busy buffets, restaurants, canteens and carveries. The heated cupboard offers a handy space for plates or holding food at serving temperature, whilst the bain marie top takes up to three 1/1 GN trays to keep dishes ready throughout peak service. Adjustable controls warm up to 85°C, so the hot cupboard and bain marie can be kept at the right heat for whatever you’re serving.

Presentation is made simple with the illuminated heated gantry, which helps food look its best whilst maintaining temperature. The foldable tray slide gives customers a convenient serving area and folds away neatly when not needed, saving valuable space. Sliding doors on the hot cupboard make it easy to reach stored items, even in tighter serving areas, and four shelf positions let you arrange storage to suit your menu.

Moving the unit around your site is effortless thanks to four heavy duty castors, two of which have brakes to keep the servery secure during service. The coil cable with lock adds flexibility whilst keeping your workspace safe and tidy. Ideal for both temporary and permanent serving stations, the Buffalo hot cupboard is a durable, mobile solution for professional food service.
