A spacious interior accepts 10 full-size 1/1 GN or 600×400 mm bakery trays, whilst the robust stainless steel build stands up to daily commercial use and wipes clean in seconds. Climate Class 5 refrigeration keeps performance consistent in kitchens up to 40°C, giving chefs total confidence throughout service peaks.

Operation is guided by an intuitive 7″ touch screen featuring the IFR control system, pre-set favourites and memory for bespoke cycles. A single-point probe tracks core temperature precisely, backed by a HACCP alarm for effortless due-diligence records. Extra modes for thawing, proving and retarder-proving add real versatility, streamlining pastry and bakery production without extra equipment.
