Banquet Line Single is manufactured to hold and transport hot food easily and safely with GN 2/1 capacity. The box is designed with ScanBox ExP construction that combines optimized insulation performance with high operational reliability and environmentally conscious choices. The box is equipped with fan heating that provides fast and uniform heat distribution and can reach operating temperatures of up to 90°C in 30 minutes.Detachable U-shaped runners offer safe handling, easy cleaning and optimal temperature distribution. Precision moulded PPE insulation assures food temperature and safety when the box is not plugged into power. Equipped with an intuitive and easy to use temperature control display that is conviniently positioned in front top of unit. The chassis, top rail, hinges and handles are all built to last with robust stainless steel.
