The King Edward PK1 is a red, retro-style single pizza oven designed for an attractive front-of-house position. Its compact countertop format, illuminated cooking chamber and viewing door suit restaurants, cafés, bars and other venues that want customers to see pizzas being prepared.

The oven has capacity for up to 1 pizza measuring 15 inches across. Its 15-inch-square cordierite stone provides a suitably sized cooking surface for this measured load while keeping the appliance practical for countertop front-of-house production.

The oven is designed for rapid service. Fresh pizzas can cook in about 2 minutes, while frozen pizzas can take around 4 minutes; typical production is promoted at roughly 2 to 3 minutes. Actual results will depend on the pizza style, toppings and selected temperature.

A genuine cordierite stone provides direct base heat for even cooking and a crisp finish. The stone is independently heated and fully adjustable, allowing the base heat to be balanced with the main oven temperature for different doughs and toppings.

Its thermostatic controls cover 50°C to 350°C. This broad range allows the operator to adjust the oven for different pizza styles while the illuminated chamber and double-glazed viewing door make it easier to monitor cooking without repeatedly opening the appliance.

The electric oven has a 2525W rating, draws 13 A and has a plug fitted. It operates on a 220–240V supply, with 230V as the nominal product voltage, and only requires connection to an appropriate 13A socket.

The red stainless-steel oven measures 585 mm high, 570 mm wide and 610 mm deep, with a 570 x 510 mm footprint. It weighs 43kg, so its intended counter and handling arrangements should be suitable for that load.
