The red PK2 is a double-deck countertop pizza oven designed for hospitality operations serving freshly cooked pizzas from a customer-facing counter. Its stylish retro appearance helps the oven form an attractive part of a visible front-of-house cooking area.

The PK2 has 2 cooking decks, each with a 15-inch square cordierite stone, allowing up to 2 pizzas of approximately 15 inches to cook at once when their shape and toppings fit the stones.

Each deck uses a genuine cordierite stone cooking base. The stone is heated independently from the main oven heat, helping operators balance base crispness with the heat applied around the pizza.

The oven is thermostatically controlled from 50°C to 350°C, giving operators a broad range for heating and high-temperature pizza cooking.

The double-glazed doors improve visibility into both cooking decks while reducing heat loss through the viewing area. This helps an operator monitor pizzas without repeatedly opening the doors.
