This red King Edward double pizza oven with an integrated heated display is designed for front-of-house pizza service in pubs, cafés, bars, kiosks and leisure venues. Its retro appearance supports visible merchandising while the separate cooking and display areas help maintain a steady service flow.

Its 2 cooking chambers hold 1 x 15-inch pizza each, so 2 pizzas can cook at once. The heated display holds another 2 x 15-inch pizzas, giving a combined cook-and-hold capacity of 4 x 15-inch pizzas. Each cooking chamber uses a square cordierite stone for an evenly cooked, crisp base.

It can cook fresh pizzas in approximately 2 minutes and frozen pizzas in approximately 4 minutes. The thermostatically controlled range of 50°C to 350°C lets the operator adjust the heat for the product and service requirement.

The oven and stone bases are independently controlled, and the upper display area has its own thermostatically controlled heat. This lets operators cook pizzas below while presenting prepared food in the illuminated warmer above.

The cooking doors and display use double glazing for visibility and improved energy efficiency. The main oven is illuminated during cooking, while the heated upper display presents prepared food where customers can see it.

The electric PK2W has a nominal 230V supply within its 220-240V operating range. It is a plug-in appliance with 2 fitted plugs and requires 2 separate 13A sockets, so the installation position must provide suitable connections without adaptors.
