Protect and heat your meals whilst drawing in customers with a 360° visual display from this Roller Grill Square Salad Bar, a visual merchandising tool for self service use. Operating anywhere from 20°C to 90°C, your heated produce is illuminated by white LED lighting and simultaneously protected from contamination by fixed sneeze screens located around the display. Fully mobile with lockable castors, the device is expected to be moved and modified regularly for use in areas like buffets and canteens. The bain marie heated well will hold any gastronorm dishes up to 150mm deep, and is customisable to suit your menu arrangement whether it is seasonal, cultural or simply varied.
