An immaculate serving station for chilled foods, salads and desserts, the Roller Grill Square Chilled Salad Bar is suited to large self-service settings where a constant stream of customers is expected. With access granted on all four sides, the LED lit interior fits an assortment of gastronorm compatible trays up to a maximum of 4/1 GN, which can be chilled to your desired temperature via a digital thermostat. The underside of the salad bar features a storage shelf for any additional items needed when serving, and the whole piece can be moved thanks to the two robust fitted castors.
